Vancouver Real Estate Stats Nov.2019 | Housing Market

Metro Vancouver Housing Market get back to historical level:

On Dec.03.2019 – real estate market board release a new set of housing report – the stats have gotten back to a historical level – balanced market.

The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that residential home sales in the region totalled 2,498 in November 2019, a 55.3% increase from the 1,608 sales recorded in November 2018, and a 12.6% decline from the 2,858 homes sold in October 2019 – usually in Nov, housing market runs slower than Oct and Sept.

Nov.2019’s sales is 4% above the 10-year November sales average.

The board’s president Ashley said: ” We started to see more home buyer confidence in the summer and this trend continues today, It’ll be important to watch home listing levels over the next few months to see if supply can stay in line with home buyer demand.”

大温哥华房屋市场买卖回到历史水平:

2019年12月3日-房地产市场委员会发布了一套新的住房报告-统计数据已回到历史水平-市场平衡。

温哥华房地产局(REBGV)报告称,2019年11月该地区的住宅销售总额为2,498套,比2018年11月记录的1,608套增长55.3%,比2019年10月销售的2,858套下降12.6% –通常在11月,住房市场的运行要比10月和9月慢。

2019年11月的销售额比近10年11月的平均销售额高出4%。

董事会主席阿什利(Ashley)表示:“我们在夏季开始看到更多购房者信心,并且这种趋势一直持续到今天。重要的是,观察未来几个月的房屋挂牌量,看看供应量是否能与购房者保持一致需求。”

大温地区的销售与活跃比率:这非常重要:高于12%说明房价会长, 低于12%说明房价有可能跌。
