Home Sales Increase at the end of 2019

Vancouver Real Estate Stats Dec.2019 | Housing Market Status: The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver reports on Jan.3.2019, there are 25,351 sales in 2019; 3% increase compared to 2018.

Last year’s sales total was 20.3 per cent below the region’s 10-year sales average.

The board’s president said that slow-selling in the normally busy season like spring and the market picks up in the 2nd half-year; overall, the properties values have dropped 2-4% depends on the type of property.

Housing Status Dec.2019

There were 2,016 home sales in Dec.2019, 88.1% increase compared to Dec.2018.

For all property types, the sales-to-active listings ratio for December 2019 is 23.4 per cent. By property type, the ratio is 15.2 per cent for detached homes, 25.7 per cent for townhomes, and 32.5 per cent for apartments.

2019年底房屋销售增加

温哥华房地产统计2019年12月| 住房市场状况:大温哥华房地产局在2019年1月3日报告,2019年有25,351笔交易; 与2018年相比增长3%。

去年的销售总额比该地区的十年平均水平低20.3%

董事会主席表示,通常在春季这样的繁忙季节销售缓慢,而市场在下半年开始回暖。总体而言,房屋价格下降了2-4%,具体取决于房屋的类型。

房屋状况2019年12月

2019年12月房屋销售量为2,016套,与2018年12月相比增长88.1%。

对于所有房地产类型,2019年12月的售后上市比率为23.4%。按物业类型,独栋房屋的卖出率为15.2%,联排别墅卖出率的比例为25.7%,公寓就是32.5%。
