Home Sale continues to increase in Aug.2020

Vancouver Real Estate Stats August.2020 – Housing Market: The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) reports that residential home sales in the region totalled 3,047 in Aug 2020, a 36.6 per cent increase from the 2,231 sales recorded in August 2019, and a 2.6 per cent decrease from the 3,128 homes sold in July 2020.

Last month’s sales were 19.9 per cent above the 10-year August sales average.

Let’s take a look at the sales-to-active listings ratio:

  1. 23.7% for detached homes
  2. 30.5% for townhomes
  3. 21.6% for apartments

Total Sales in Detached homes, condo, and Townhouses:

  1. Detached home: 1095, houses sold – 55.1% increased from August.2019 – The benchmark price for a detached home is $1,491,300
  2. Condo: 1332 apartment sold – 4.5% increased from August.2019 – The benchmark price of an apartment property is $685,800
  3. Townhouse: 620 townhomes sold – 51.6% increased from August.2019 – The benchmark price of an attached home is $806,400

温哥华房地产统计数据2020年8月–住房市场:大温哥华房地产委员会(REBGV)报告称,该地区的住宅销售在2020年8月总计3047,比2019年8月记录的2231增长36.6%,以及与2020年7月售出的3,128套房屋相比减少了2.6%。

上个月的销售额是比以往10年的8月份平均销售额高出19.9%。

  3. 公寓的21.6%

独立式住宅,公寓和联排别墅的总销售额:

  1. 独栋房屋:1095套,房屋销售–与2019年8月相比增加55.1%–独立住宅的基准价格为$ 1,491,300
  2. 公寓:已售出1332套公寓,比2019年8月增加4.5%–公寓物业的基准价格为$685,800
  3. 联排别墅:出售620套联排别墅–比2019年8月增加51.6%–联排别墅的基准价格为$ 806,400
