BC房地产协会为此设计了一个计算器APP， 功能非常强大，细分税务项如下：

• 商品税和服务税（GST）和物业转移税（PTT）
• 减去了PTT豁免（对于首次购房者和/或新建房屋）来帮助确定应纳税额
• 以及条件符合联邦回扣的人群，从而计算出总成本

有了这个计算器，买家会更清楚了解不同情况底下产生不同的税项。

When purchasing real estate in BC, you may have to pay a large amount of taxes. If you are not the 1st time home buyer, taxes are a cost that you cannot afford to ignore. The BC Real Estate Association has designed a calculator to let the buyer know more about the Taxes.
